Tripadvisor has kept $7352 of my money from a guest booking of my vacation rental and will not release it to me!

Update by user Apr 05, 2018 I have a large home in Kona that is a vacation rental advertised on TripAdvisor.A guest booked spring break week, then cancelled 60 days later, within 30 days before arrival. I have a strict cancellation policy because large homes need to be booked by families planning 6 mo to 12 months in advance, and since I held that time for the guest, no refund was due. I told guest I would try to re-rent, and credit them with any monies I obtained for any dates that guest had reserved. $7352 was to be released to me on 3/24. It still is not in my account. I've called TripAdvisor 10 times, over last 2 weeks, and gotten 10 different answers. First was "my fault" because bank info was wrong.. BS! I called Chase, they said nothing had been sent (but TripAdvisor said they sent it. Then they said guest had initiated a chargeback and I should talk to chargeback dept. I called Monday to speak to chargeback dept and was told they don't take calls! Then I was told that money had been sent, but I never got. Was told if I didn't get it, call back and they would do a manual release. Called today and agent didn't know what I was talking about a "manual release". Asked to speak to supervisor (because I keep getting India call center and different people with different answers every day).
