Trip Mate is a Scam

Purchased travel insurance. Had to cancel flight home due to military. Sent a documents requested months ago. They ask for more documents that are impossible to provide. Military stay away. Check when you are purchasing "Travel Insurance" through anywhere and be sure it it s not Trip Mate. Save your money and time. Read fine print...they cover almost nothing. Even if it is covered, they will deny you.
