Having been hospitalized one month prior to my ships sailing and put on an anti seizure medication, it was strongly suggested that I cancel my planned cruise. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork, cancelled the cruise with Celebrity and today received my insurance check less a $100 cancellation fee.
