DO NOT MOVE HERE, The qualiity of my home is poor, have had more issues then the Morrison home I built and it lasted 20 years. The communityy lost a lawsuit, the pending suit was not disclosed by shea when we built now I am on the hook for 5K I did not even live here when this happened. They say Sheaare is covering it for the new home buyers but beware they will build it in the cost of the suit into your house. The place is run by a child company Blue Star they have a manager that cannot run a club and loses money each year, as soon as shea builds it last house we will have to pay for the loses and our HOAs will go up. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY A SHEA HOME.
