Tried with VIZIO chat person for about one hour to resolve a seemingly simple problem with my VIZIO’s connection to my router…which lost and regained power within a10 minutes.

It got quite complex and technical. i admit, I am not the most tech guy in the world, but after going through endless hoops with no positive results, I gave up. There should be a quick and easy way to reconnect!
