Tried to return an air cooler

The air cooler arrived after waiting several weeks for it. It advertises itself as usable in a USB port or an electrical outlet. When I opened the package, there was a power cord to use with a computer, but no plug for the device. I contacted Exclusive Deals immediately and was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. I'm still waiting. When I tried to contact them again via their website, I couldn't get through. I did read their return policy which basically states that once you buy their product you're stuck if you don't like it. This is ridiculous! They obviously don't believe in customer satisfaction. Once they get your money, they ignore any complaints you may have. I feel ripped off. Is this any way to run a reputable company? I think not. I will not be doing business with Exclusive Deals in the future.
