TRIED TO GET REFUND BECAUSE MY SKIN CANNOT TOLERATE THE PRODUCT
CALLED SUPPORT AND WAS ADVISED THAT I CANNOT RECEIVE A REFUND AS I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE MY SKIN BROKE OUT PRETTY SIGNIFICANTLY AFTER USING THE PRODUCT. I WAS ADVISED THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AND I AM SINCERELY DISAPPOINTED. TO ME, THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE. tIT SEEMS I MUST PAY FOR A PRODUCT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO USE. AT LEAST THE CANCELLATION WAS ACCEPTED BUT A REFUND WAS NOT. I AM GOING TO ASK AGAIN FOR A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT. PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU. MORE WORDS WILL NOT EXPLAIN THE SITUATION ANY FURTHER ALTHO THIS IS ALSO REQUIRED. SO I WILL CONTINUE TO REQUEST THAT A REFUND IS GIVEN IN LIGHT OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF MY SKIN BEING UNABLE TO TOLERATE THE PRODUCT. I VISITED MY DOCTOR TO GET SOMETHING TO EASE THE ERUPTION ON MY FACE AND RECEIVED A PRESCRIPTION, WHICH HELPED SOME BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO HEAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO GET SOME RESOLUTION ON THIS ISSUE BECAUSE I THINK IT ONLY FAIR TO CONSIDER IT.
