For 13 MONTHS THEY KEPT SENDING A TECHNICIAN HERE ALMOST MONTHLY and they cannot find any problem in my house. They said it is outside. They said they are working on it. For 13 Months! I gave them every break in the book and now I am done with Cox Internet. DO NOT DEPEND ON COX INTERNET SERDO User's recommendation: DO NOT RELY ON COX INTERNET SERVICE! I WARN YOU!
