Tried to cancel few items on orders 10 mins after placing

I placed an order online 10 mins later tried to cancel a few items, they told me they couldn’t because order was already processed. There is absolutely no way they could of pulled and shipped my order that fast. Customer service sucks and as usual Asian oriented.I will not do business with this company again and spread the word. Also the prices of their items were 20.00 plus more each then other places. My advice read reviews on all companies it says something about them and who they are.
