I was contacted by Select Care Benefits Network because I was trying to find help with my medications since I have no insurance. Soon after I applied with Select Care, my physician discontinued my Lyrica, Enablex and Spiriva. I contacted Select Care and left a message on voice mail to this regard. They have continued to take $85 per month out of my checking account. I finally was able to talk to a real person today and explained my situation. I was told to send them a letter advising them of the above and they would stop taking the money from my account. The young lady said they have no record of my phone calls. The medications were discontinued even before I sent my paper work in, yet the money continued to be taken out of my account. Please advise. Thank You, Janie Richard
