Tried every method to contact your customer service, no response

Why no one answer phone, I tried calling twice, held for an hour. I sent 2 separate emails, no response. Do you really have customer service? Pls call [protected], I need assistance in parts. I have a shower faucet installed 3 years ago but cannot turn the dial to hot now, it is stuck. I don't know what model it is, I can only provide you photo of my shower faucet.
