I placed an order 3/6/20 and was asked if I wanted to save $10 . I clicked yes and I find out that I am paying $14.95 a month until I cancel. I called to try to find out more about it and was told they were going to connect me to customer service and every time I was disconnected. I ordered another wig today and by chance I was looking at my visa and saw the charge for the membership. The wig that I ordered ended up being $79. No savings! Please have some one to call me or I will change my credit card. I have ordered at least 8or 10 wigs over the years. I wan to cancel my membership for platinum plus.
