On Mon. Sept. 16, 2019, I, Tricia A. Fish, went to Great Clips in Watertown, S.D. I have been going here for several years. The last time I was there was ONLY 4 days ago; on Sept. 12, 2019. I did tell Regan that I was just in only 4 days ago. She really didn't say anything. All I wanted done was to have a shampoo. As she was getting done drying my hair, I mentioned to Regan that I might want my bangs trimmed, also. She responded with "Well, when will you be in next time?" I then responded with "I don't know." Regan than asked "Do you want them trimmed now or next time?" I then said "Why don't you trim them now." She did trim them. THE PROBLEM was when I went to pay, Regan said "That will be 13.85 please." I again reminded Regan that I had just been in 4 days ago. She STILL charged me for the bang trim. Was that the right thing for Regan to do? I thought I wouldn't have to pay anything because it does say on the bottom of every receipt "YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION on ALL SERVICES and products is FULLY GUARANTEED!" I did pay the price of a bang trim, but I don't think that was right! Tricia A. Fish
