Tricare East is a joke!

My daughter went to the ER on January 22, 2019. We paid our copay, the hospital billed us for more saying we had co-insurance, we don't have co-insurance. I've called several times since the first bill and have been told every time that it will be reprocessed and taken care of. Here we sit August 2, 2019 and it still has not been fixed. I have a voicemail from one of the workers I spoke with saying that it would be paid out in 30 days, that was June 5, 2019. What do they consider 30 days? This isn't the only time we've gotten bills for more then our co-pay saying we have co-insurance. Ever since Humana took over we've had nothing but issues!!
