Retired Navy retired federal employee, use fed blue as primary health care provider and tricare select east humana as secondary provider, before the change to humana, tricare north would pick up my out of pocket cost now humana tricare east will not pay these cost for recent surgery and were extremely rude about it after hours of run around over the phone. Now after 26 years in the navy and the promise of health care for life they will not pick up a small fraction of my cost. Where is the justice where is the federal government renewed promise to take care of there veterans?
