Trial spinal cord stimulator worked great/permanant one not at all

As stated trial worked perfect. On August 3, 2020 had permanent one installed. It has not worked properly since it was inserted. My Medtronic reps have worked with me multiple times. I feel it is a defective stimulator since they were unable to program it properly.
