I made the big mistake of ordering trial products of face cream and eye cream "which I would only pay for shipping and handling" Suddenly my card is charged for $89.99 and $94.99 and when I call, am told that I am "past the cancellation date"...the products were shipped without ANY labeling or indication of their terms and conditions, I could go on.,..this is a HUGE SCAM and their products should be avoided like the plague!! These companies with shady scam operations should be stopped!!! I was put onto some kind of autoship program without my consent, and when I called to complain and ask for a refund, was told that the "trial" products were actually full-size products and I needed to pay the full cost!
