Ordered LOL doll, was charged on my credit card 1/15/18. After month, started to call customer service, for delivery date. They finally said it was shipped 1/31, tracking #1001****. We waited two more weeks and it finally came and we discovered it was a fake LOL. First of all the plastic ball that contains little sister doll came in box which real LOL does not. The markings on real LOL collection sheet of available dolls are totally different and the fake LOL is marked China, which the reality ones are not. I want a total refund, since this is a total desception and it really disappointed my granddaughter, especially when she took it to school and a 5 year old discovered it was fake.
