Tremendous waste of time

Three 45 minute phone calls and no resolution thus far. My MDs quote: “Briova is a nuisance” First they claimed my Rx had expired. Untrue, good thru 2020 Second: they claimed my MD had to send a prior authorization, he did Third: my insurance doesn’t cover Rx. It does and has for 2+ years. Briova is a waste of time.
