Update by user Dec 30, 2020 The approval finally came through, but the long delay was inexcusable Original review updated by user Dec 30, 2020 It took over 6 weeks to resolve a very minor incident. Both vehicles involved had very low mileage one was a 2015 Lexus the other car was a 2018 or 2019 Nissan with automatic braking sensors. It took six weeks from innitial claim date to get approval to fix with original parts. The Agent was very helpful but the Allstate adjuster was non responsive the reason given was that they had a lot of claims from weather related accidents at the time, but the weather condition was six weeks after we had submitted both claims.
