I received the above which did not work for my patio per my contractor. I used your return label and dropped it off at the US Post Office per your request for returns. I was told by US Post Office employee to leave it where returns received (right side). The Market Square location in Philadelphia 19150. I called Bryland first two or three weeks after the return. I was told to wait a while longer. I called back around three weeks after that conversation and was told there is nothing they can do and to wait. I called today and was told Bryland Home can not make adjustments after 60 days. The adjustment should been made. The total cost including shipping and handling $222. My credit is $200 so I am being charged for and item I have not received and having negative on my credit report.
