Update by user Jan 25, 2019 Balsam Hill was quick to respond to our light problem and sent a strand of lights to replace any future problems. We are very pleased with their customer service. I encourage anyone with a problem to contact their customer service rep and insist that they resolve any issue you may have had. Again we are very pleased with the service we received from them. Original review posted by user Dec 26, 2018 Bought a Balsom Hill tree in 2017 and loved it. However a year later (2018) I had to replace 2 dozen bulbs. I checked other customer reviews and saw that the lights are a major problem. I wish I knew this last year, I never would have put out $600 plus for a tree, whose company does not provide quality control on these bulbs. I believe the fuse does not support the type of bulb. My advise is to look for a company that has good bulbs in addition to a life like tree.
