I have a cool sculpting done almost a year ago and it didn’t work, I called to complain a month later and I was told to wait for 6 months, I waited and then complained again and had a review done and it is almost a year later and they haven’t resolved my complaint, I don’t think it was done properly so they can sell us more treatments, it is a very expensive scam
