05/16/18 My name is Roe Johns I went to see the Avenger movie in 3D at 4:00 pm. I went to the counter (I was the only one there) I told the young many I wante to see the Avenger 3D I gave him my Regal card he asked my If I wanted to claim my free small soft drink I told him I did. I went into the lobby the young lady took my ticket and told my to go to the left side of the theater. I noticed the movie I payed for was on th right. I asked her for the 3D glasses the manager heard me speaking to the young lady and said I did not need glasses for that movie. I explained to him I was going to the 3D movie. He than gave me the 3D glasses. I went into the movie (I was the only one in the theater). When it said to put your glasses on it was all blurry. I went back to the lobby and told the manager he gave me the wrong glasses. He said they were the right glasses and he would take care of it. When I went back into the theater it was 3D. Half way through the movie the movie shut off. I went back into the lobby and spoke with another manager around 5:00. He said he would look into it. I went back into theater the manager came in and asked me for my reciept. I gave him my reciept. He said I did not pay for this movie but for the Bad Samaritan. I explanind to him that the your man printed out the wrong ticket and I explained that to the previous shift manager and he got me the 3D glasses. He told my I would have to pay the extra 3 dollars If I wanted to see the rest of the movie. He asked me how I paid for the movie, I told him debit card. He than asked me for my card. I told him this was not my mistake he said he would need the card for me to watch the rest of the movie. Regrates. Regrettably I gave him my card he went out and charged me an additional $3.50. I felt like he was treating me like kid trying to sneak into the higher price move for a lower price. I should have just walked out when he asked me for my card. After the movie I went back out and confronted him about the situation. I told him it felt like he was treating me like a kid. He asked me If I wanted my mony back I told him NO its not about the money. I'm not sure of the spelling of his last name (Troy Lampheter). This youg man needs some councling on customer relations.
