Booked onto flight D6TES1 Barcelona - Mahon ( Menorca ) 17.15 pm on Sept 13th 2018 Flight times changed 3 times in the hour before departure so that the next flight was leaving at the time my flight delay had previously been announced .Arrived at departure gate to be told wrong flight but plane half empty so could board if went to customer service inside security and to hurry ! Customer service inside security refused any assistance and told me I had to go to customer service outside security Customer service outside security appalling .Rude and unhelpful and said all my own fault, did I want to stand around discussing or should she bookme on next available flight for the sum of 115 Euros -flight VY3730 code BCF9QW Had no choice at this stage as family waiting at other end and had already missed car collection service in Menorca Had to run for next flight back through security and only noticed when checking payment details she had actually charged 134 Euros + another 10 for I don't know what I have attempted to supply this information on Vuelings website but consistently refuses to send the information through .Hence I am contacting you and would like to request a refund please
