Treat elderly better

I can't believe how you treat old people that have Medicare. The woman I spoke with was rude to keep telling me there was no availability when she didn't even know the date. I gave them notice to send a paper to the Dr. office for them to fill out to get approval from Medicare to take my mom to the Dr.
