Treat customers like crap!!!

Update by user Nov 08, 2019 I made a mistake in my address, it happens... To be treated like dirt immediately with no apologies... no words for. I am in the customer service field too. Original review posted by user Nov 08, 2019 I ordered online and by accident transposed a number on my address. I never received my order. Put in a complaint with my credit card company. In the meantime, sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls to Russel Stover headquarters. No response back. Finally got a response when my credit card company called them and explained the situation. Russell Stover put the blame on FedEx and offered me NOTHING for the error. The lady's attitude to me was "Ho Ho Ho *** You!!!!! Even my credit card company was upset that they did nothing to remedy the situation. I lost out on $50, but they lost out on $100's of dollars as I am going to make sure NO ONE orders from Russell Stover ever again.
