I am writing to you in regard to a booking that I have made through travel2be.co.uk on the afternoon of 21st of July. It wasn't even a booking, I tried to book my flight Cairo - Istanbul - Cairo. Their website told me that the payment was declined and took me back to the main page. No emails were sent, nothing was communicated nor confirmed, so I went to another website and booked my ticket. At around 3 am the following day, I found an email confirming my initial booking!!! After having talked to my bank, they told me to get in touch with the agency and ask them to stop this payment. The agency doesn't have any proper existence in terms of custom service. Therefore, I urge you quite desperately to help me with this issue. It was an unethical way of processing the tickets through. Had the website right then and there confirmed my ticket or told me that it was processing the tickets, I would have never resorted to any other alternatives. Thanks for treating this matter as an urgent matter
