Travel package paid and now company is not there

I have taken the travel package of AED 5, 000 from Meridian Travel & Tourism in September 2019, and nothing utilized till now. They didn't give any bookings till now by saying many reasons and now the website is not working, no contact number. I need my money back. Last email I received was in April 2020. After that nothing.
