I booked a vacation with this agency and had so much trouble getting any information from them. My emails went unanswered, calls go to a voicemail with no response for weeks. The owner makes up stories about her travel credentials and when I inquired, I found out none of them were true! No wonder they are getting so many complaints! I should have googled them and I would have found out that they are a shady operation! Their agency is like a revolving door and when I inquired about that, I found out that they do not pay their agents so they get fed up and leave! I am reporting them to the BBB because people need to know so they don't get ripped off. Don't be fooled by their facebook page, they buy likes so people will think they are popular! I am so glad I cancelled my vacation with them and booked with a real agency who knows what they are doing.
