Canpar will leave your package on practically the sidewalk and not take responsibility for it. The customer service reps are rude and not helpful. There are no mangers on the floor ever it seems. They will leave you on hold for to 2 Hrs. Just to hang up the phone. They are more expensive than Canada Post. Yet some much worse in every aspect. Save your money choose any other service. Get peace of mind. User's recommendation: Don't use.
