Trash Problems

Since 6-1-17, I have resided at a brand-new Sunridge-managed property. I have had issues with maintenance and trash service since day one. I am nearing my breaking point with the abyssmal trash service, as the company that services my complex refuses to collect all of the trash, and my community's corporate management overlords refuse to change providers or increase service frequency.
