I have emailed them the following: There was a time when I would have commended your interleafed bags to my friends and family to use. Never having the worry of ripping the bag when removing it from the roll, interleafed bags were the answer. They were the 'best' after all... It saddens me to say that I can no longer recommend this product. Why you ask? The past 2 evenings when I have taken out the trash, the bottom of the bag has broken, strewing trash or over my kitchen and therefore making the reason for having an interleafed black bag in the first place redundant. I might as well forego the costly choice of an interleafed bag and take my chances with the regular ones, where this would be a possibility with every use, depending on how it was detached from its comrades. Needless to say I am more than a little put out, I invented words that you cannot imagine, while I had to recollect, my mushy disgusting trash off the floor. If I wanted to live in the dirt, I would have foregone the use of a black bag. Believe me, you do not realise the importance of a black bag, until you are elbows deep in dirt that was meant to have stayed in the special bag that you bought to contain it! I would like to sell your black bags back to you...they are black and resemble a bag...I just cannot guarentee that it will do what you designed it to do...you will just have to wing it...and have a surprise when you try to 'seal the deal' at the end of the day. I recommend investing in a pair of rubber gloves to go with this deal, you will need them...when this product inevitably fails...again. I would like for you to rectify this...or you can at least pay for the rubber gloves...make it a combo deal.
