Have used Glad 13 gal Drawstring trans bags for years and the new ones are horrible. The drawstring will not close the bags, they tear and then cannot be closed. Sadly I purchased 120 count box at Sams. I think the Great Value bags from Walmart are probable better. And to add unsult to injury, in order to make a complaint you must now provide at least 100 words to get it to take. Don't know why we have to use so many words when a few will get the point across, guess they figure if you have to keep typing, you will give up and not leave a bad report. Guess that didn't work in this case today from me.
