Transportation option sucks!!!!

They have not shown up numerous times to pick up my mother to and from doctor appointments. Last night was the last straw. Waited 2 hours with no show. My 72 yr old mother walked home as the doctors office closed and she had no way to call anyone. This is unacceptable on so many levels. I will be raising as much *** as I can with this issue. I will not trust them any longer with my mother.
