Transaction hit account late/ rude representative

I tried calling to dispute the charges on an invoice of $1.50 each. The four $1.50 charges should of been charged at the $1.07 rate. I added funds on 7/1 @ 1:33am. At 7am tolls started hitting my account. But some of the tolls did not attach correctly at 5:30pm on the 1st and 2nd. The tranactions did not hit my account for 3 weeks when there were no funds left. Now i get charged full instead of discounted rate. How convenient. Representives and supervisor maylynn were rude. Talk over me. It took over an hour for one to file a review. Which can take two weeks. Come on for a credit of less then 2 dollars. Didn't even check all of my tranactions to see if I'm being charged correctly.
