Trane Ductless,no control on heat, sometimes 80 sometimes 60

Cascade Mechanical sold me on this ductless a/c and furnace unit, and my light bill was for the First 7 months was cu tin half and I was very happy. Worked great until January when Cascade Mechanical in Omak, WA. came and performed the first service. since then when we get up in the morning we don't know if it will be 65 degrees or 85 degrees in our house after 5 repair attempts, where my house was tracked up, I asked Cascade Mechanical to remove the unit and reconnect our base board heater, they said "no" and wanted one more attempt to replace the head, which I agreed to, only if they agreed to remove it and reconnect my base board heater if it still did not work, they declined and said to bad! so 4 the last 4 months our light bill has been nearly as high as ever and my wife who has health problems(the reason we purchased a new furnace)has has to wake up to a house that maybe too hot or too cold. my only recourse according to Cascade Mechanical is to go to court. how sad that Trane allows their representatives to do business this way!
