On 4/12/18, I was following my normal leg routine. I have been training off and on with and without personal trainers for 2 years now. I state this because I want to illustrate how I have established a personal relationship with many of trainers as well as managers except one at this gym. There is a young lady name Lillian who is personal trainer at the Sunrise Gym. Lillian and I have had customer service issues in the past but never this bad. Long story short, Lillian body language/demeanor has never been welcoming towards me. On 4/12/18 I walked up to leg press and began reracking current weights of 25 pounds and add my own. Machine was empty, no rags or water bottles around. I then took off left side weight of (25) and added my 45lbs then proceeded to right side. Lillian then says" you can't use this machine, my client is supersetting and she will be on this machine next" Liallian then TOOK THE 25 POUND WEIGHT OUT OF MY HAND AT PLACED IT BACK ON LEG PRESS. yes you heard that correct; Lillian used her authority to undermine/ embarrass me in front of all my friends and family I see 5 days a week. To make thing even better, no manager was there to report the incident to. As I walked back to leg press, after attempting to make a complaint and seriously on the *** of crying out of anger, another Personal trainer made the joke "Hey Jessica you better be cool cause you know you can't eat your meal plan in jail"... WOW!! Is anyone at this gym an adult, can I get some customer services for the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I SPEND HERE A YR. I hope no one ever has to deal with customer services like this.
