Wish i had used my instinct & done my research before ordering trainers for my sons Xmas present as the price seemed too good to be true! After waiting a month with a couple of vague emails & being told that if they were the wrong size it will be troublesome to return i have now contacted my credit card company who told me they have had a lot of complaints about this company. I feel sorry for all the other poor people who paid in good faith for items that were never going to be sent. Helpful piece of information from Halifax that if you have paid money in a single transaction they are unlikely to take more money from the same card as its a more serious offence whereas sending nothing saying it must have got lost in post or a total wrong item means they can carry on duping everyone around the world.
