Tracking the merchandise/didn’t receive the merchandise

Ordered a cover for my iPhone; however, I never received the merchandise (just the damaged packaging). Also, I was not given a confirmation email or number to track it. I paid $10.55 for it on my MasterCard. Attempted to call the service customer number to no avail (kept getting a recording saying the number was not in service at this time). I contacted the company via email and received a response verifying receipt of my email. Now I am awaiting to be contacted regarding this matter. User's recommendation: This is my first complaint regarding this company...never had a problem with them previously. GET A TRACKING NUMBER. Buy at your own risk .
