Tracking number has no information on my order

I ordered two bras on April 6th and received a tracking number on April 9. The tracking number says a shipment was created, but the seller has never send USPS the merchandise to send. I verified this information with the post office. Brayola rep said, "Well, I don't know why you can't see the shipping information. I can see it on my end. You should have your bras in a few days. That was over a week ago. I have a feeling I will never see bras or my money back. I have opened a dispute with PayPal.
