Dear Zalora CSR Team, I am writing this letter to follow up or ask for an update regarding my returned items. I return the items due to not working and there is no English instruction all are written in Chinese characters. Entrego picked up the item in my pick-up address last July 12, 2021 and until now my refund is not yet credited back as i choose to refund not to exchange. Upon checking the status of my refund it says as of July 14 2021 my package was delivered at the current city. what is the meaning of that? It is July 24, 2021 already. My question is when can i have my refund credit to my wallet? Please i need your action promptly. Thank you, Shelly Cabug
