dutyfree has taken their payment then gave me a tracking no. that was 13 digits long and i was told to track on registered post in GB. royal mail informed me that no. was for israel and there no. was 14 digits when i asked dutyfree about this they said they knew and could not give me a proper tracking no. why did the give me any no. at all if they knew it was wrong. feel I have been scammed. My order was sent on 21st jan. so they say!!. no delivery to date.
