Tracking # for a different address than mine & order closed

I have tried reaching out via email several times over the last 3 weeks with no response - I received a tracking number to an address that is not mine - the package was delivered there and now my order shows closed even though I do not have the product. I would really appreciate it if they would send the product out to the address that I provided - or at a minimum if someone would get back to me.
