I was told to return my disappointing product. I followed the instructions and my tracking shows returned product delivered on 1/20/21 with a signature. As of yet no one has replied to my email and no refund has been processed. John Derderian 413.896.1964 User's recommendation: To be determined. Still waiting for refund.
