Update by user Aug 30, 2018 At the corporate level tracker has been fantastic. They arranged for the dealer to take the boat back and allowed me to purchase the original boat I wanted. They located the boat, had it shipped to the closest dealer too me and handled the financing end as well. As of right now I only waiting on my promotional gift card and all will be well. It's a shame the dealer would not resolve this at their level and hopefully some training will take place to prevent this from occurring again. Original review posted by user Jul 31, 2018 Tracker boats lied and mislead me about the capabilities of a boat in order to make a sale. I went to a Tracker dealer in Richmond VA to look at a boat I was planning on purchasing (Tracker Pro Team 195 TXW). After discussing my needs the salesman recommended another boat (Tracker Pro Team 175 TXW). On his advice I purchased the recommended boat through White River Marine Group. Unfortunately the first time on the water it was clear the capabilities of this boat were clearly overstated. The boat struggle to plane even with a moderate load. It was clear at that point I had been mislead. I contacted the dealer who told me the boat I purchased was not the boat I needed and they weren't sure who would have made that recommendation or why. Their only advise was to trade the boat in and buy the larger boat I initially wanted. Of course at my expense. This just the short version the full details of tracker/white river marine group's lack of customer service and denial of responsibility would take a week to type.
