Toy Train Quickpoint Kit Missing 30% of Threads

Usually I enjoy the Veraco or Collection DArt quickpoint pillows. I have done about 15 and this has been my first problem. My complaint though is with The Stitcherys customer service. If you call for replacement threads you are routed out if the store and into a center where the person I spoke to had poor English. We finally worked out that replacements threads would be sent to me in 7-10 business days. The threads never arrived and I spent an additional $45 to match threads with yarn scans. I am very disappointed with this companys customer service. User's recommendation: Purchase with caution or not at all.
