Toxic water from the softener.

TOXIC WATER by Culligan in LA. 6 WEEKS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! Your Los Angeles office breaks maintenance contract and provides terrible customer service. I will be contacting BBB regarding this particular franchise. The Privilege service program contract states that the resin filter in the softener tank should be changed as needed, but AT LEAST ONCE IN EVERY 5 YEARS, our has not been changed for at least 8 years. Now after I had toxic water for years with no water pressure at the house, I had discovered that Culligan softener unit was the reason for it all. I notified Culligan immediately and the first appointment that could give me took 3 weeks, even after I pleaded for earlier appointment as my child has eczema and can not wash with regular tab water -(considering it was Calligan's fault not performing under contract terms and changing the filter before it became toxic after 8-9 years) The least they could do is fix issue immediately to correct their wrongs. Now they took the tank to change resin instead of replacing it, and that’s ok, I researched it takes 1 day to do it. Today I was rudely informed by Sylmar franchise manager that next appointment to install the tank back with new resin has not yet been scheduled and they can do it in 3 weeks. Considering that the customer service and the manager are aware of my specific situation and did nothing to expedite the fist call, neither they scheduled the consecutive second call ahead, being well aware that it will be needed. At the original service call I informed Culligan that I will be leaving for Europe for a month on September 22nd and need all fixed before that and they agreed. Now I was told that it can’t be done by the manager in a very rude manner as well. Culligan of Sylmar also doesn’t recognize the obligations under the contract and that is a legal issue. I am very disappointed in this lowest quality customer service after being loyal client for 20 years. Please find a solution to this madness and ask your franchise to take responsibility for their mistake Culligan of Los Angeles has 3* rating and the worst reviews out of all of the water filtration/softeners companies in Los Angeles County FOR A GOOD REASON.
