Townhouselinens.com charged me $200+ for non existent items [out of stock] and never warned me before checking out OR when I called customer service to ask about my order status [6 business days after I placed my order]. The agent lied instead, saying my item takes 7 or more business days to ship despite the website listing 3-5 business days. He also lied about contacting me the next day after checking with the warehouse. I only found out on the second call almost two weeks later.
