I took the tour package on june 6 2019 but due to pandemic happening today and decreasing of salary, I don't have chance now to do the family trip plan and because of the financial issue our plan is to refund my package that I paid for 12months that worth 15000aed plus the interest of my credit card. I sent email to all the concerned person and customer service but unfortunately all are bounce back and showed not existed and even all the contact details are cut already. How can I file a legal complain to this company?
